Our cheese factory, with its extensive experience and ongoing investments in cutting-edge technologies, has specialised in producing high-quality fresh and mature cheeses. Currently, it supplies over 400 national and international customers across the three distribution channels: LARGE-SCALE RETAIL, INDUSTRY, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés). In our milk supplier network, there are over 20 Italian dairy farmers and 10 foreign suppliers. Today, thanks to this long history of continuous success, Caseificio Moro is valued in the market as one of the best Italian cheese factories, owing to the passion of its employees, their professionalism, and the numerous accolades received from our customers.

We have always been committed to ensuring high quality in our products by conducting constant checks on raw materials and finished products, overseeing the entire production process: from the reception of milk to processing, storage, and finally the dispatch of goods.

In the last 20 years alone, our cheeses have received more than 20 certificates in various cheese competitions, such as Caseus Veneti, one of the most important annual events on the quality of Italian cheese.
Rimini 2023 – chef Rino Filippi and pizza maker Lorenzo Oprea are the winners in the “4-Hand” category at the World Pizza Championship.
