Thanks to the art of our master cheesemaker, we transform quality raw materials into excellent cheeses every day, in keeping with the experience gained over more than a century of our cheese factory’s history. We are able to produce both fresh cheeses, such as caciotta and Daniele, and ready-to-mature cheeses, such as Montasio, to meet the most varied of consumption needs.
