Rino Moro was one of the founders of the consortium for the protection of Montasio cheese, which since 1984 has been produced exclusively with high quality milk following strict specifications. Perhaps that is why our Montasio, one of the most important dairy treasures from the Veneto-Friuli area, consistently ranks among the top in the Caseus competition, the annual showcase and contest for Venetian cheeses. These accolades are the result of technological investments, rigorous selection of high-quality milk, and the passion with which we have been producing it for years, bringing it to the tables of Italians.
